Shipping Costs

Orders over $40 - ship free to the continental United States
Overs under $40 - shipping varies based on customer location & total order weight. Shipping costs automatically calculated by USPS.
Currently not offering shipping outside of United States.

Order Processing

All orders ship USPS from the Dallas, Texas area
We process orders within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam or contact us for confirmation.

After an item ships, we are unable to make changes to the order.
Please review all order details prior to ordering. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order(excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to accept returns in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to start a return.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receiving the return. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds & Exchanges are not offered for damaged products.
If items were damaged in shipping, we must be contacted within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Exchanges are an option for customers and follow the normal shipping and delivery standards.
